  • Google Workspace – for secure document storage (secured with two-factor authentication, accessible only by Pure Light Radiance Healing Inc.)
  • Zoom – for conducting virtual healing sessions
  • Stripe, PayPal, and Patreon – for payment processing (these providers have their own privacy policies and we do not store your payment card information)

International Services & Data Storage

We serve clients worldwide. Your personal information is stored using cloud-based services (Google Workspace, Acuity Scheduling, and Zoom) which may store data on servers located in various countries, including the United States and other jurisdictions. By using our services, you consent to this storage and the potential transfer of your information across international borders. These service providers maintain security standards to protect your data regardless of server location.

Data Security

We protect your information through:

  • Two-factor authentication on all platforms storing client data
  • Secure, password-protected systems
  • Limited access (only Pure Light Radiance Healing Inc. personnel)
  • Regular security reviews
  • Data Retention
  • Session recordings are deleted after 30 days
  • Client information is retained for 7 years after termination of services for legal purposes
  • Session notes are retained to ensure continuity of care

You may request deletion of your information at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
